Mathematical Distribution Models of COVID-19
O.I. Krivorotko
Researcher at Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics SB RAS, Laboratory of Inverse Problems of Natural Sciences.

A deterministic mathematical model of the distribution of the coronavirus COVID-19 in the regions of the Russian Federation is built, based on a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations (SEIR). Passenger flows between 900 cities of the Russian Federation, as well as quarantine measures introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation, were taken into account. The coefficients of the model were refined for each city according to additional information on the number of detected cases, recoveries and deaths, known since March 16, 2020 in the regions of the Russian Federation by solving inverse problems. A forecast is obtained for the development of the coronavirus epidemic in the regions of the Russian Federation until 06/30/2020 for various kinds of restrictions.

Academician of RAS M.I. Voyevoda
Head of the scientific direction, Research Institute of Therapy and Preventive Medicine (Branch of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics SB RAS).

Corresponding Member of RAS S.V. Netesov
Head of the Laboratory of Biotechnology and Virology, Faculty of Natural Sciences of ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø
