On April 13, a seminar of the Department of Mathematical Sciences of the DMM and the SSC of NSU "Modern Mathematics and its Applications" will be held on the Google Meet platform.

The seminar will be delivered by Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Dean of the DMM NSU Igor Vladimirovich Marchuk. The topic of the talk is 鈥淭hermophysics on Earth and in Space鈥�. It will be devoted to the experiment on liquid condensation to be held at the International Space Station and mathematical problems that had to be solved in order to select the surface shape, on which this liquid condenses.

Organizers will send invitations to connect to an online meeting at electronic mailboxes on the domain @g.nsu.ru.
