The conference will be held in a mixed format (in person and remotely, depending on the participants' ability to come to Novosibirsk). The conference is drawn to the 70th anniversary of RAS Academician
Sergei S. Goncharov.

Specialists in algebraic combinatorics, group theory, computability theory, ring theory, model theory, universal algebra, mathematical logic, theory of non-classical logics, algebraic-logical methods in information technologies, and related branches of mathematics are invited to participate.
The program committee of the conference is headed by RAS Academician
Yurii L. Ershov.
The conference program will consist of 45-minute
plenary talks by invited speakers and 10- to 20-minute contributions in the following sections:
- algebraic combinatorics,
- algebraic and logical methods in information technology,
- non-classical logics,
- computability theory,
- group theory,
- ring theory,
- model theory and universal algebra.
Abstracts of reports will be published in an electronic collection. The rules for the abstracts formatting are standard: no more than 1 page in LaTeX according to . Abstracts are being reviewed. They should be sent by
e-mail with an indication of the intended section.

Registration fee in the amount of 1000 rubles is paid upon registration in Novosibirsk. Members of the program and organizing committees, invited speakers, students, undergraduates and graduate students are exempted from payment of the registration fee.
