We need to build three, and preferably five, large centers of scientific and industrial, economic centers in Siberia, in other words — cities with a population of 300–500 thousand, better — up to a million people...

How many new cities have been built in the world in recent decades? How many in Russia? What is the impact of new cities on the economy and the development of new technologies? What and where are we going to build? This is just a part of the questions for discussion at the next meeting of the Club of Inter-Scientific Contacts of the SB RAS.
We are discussing new technopolises in Russia:
Akademgorodok-2.0; Koltsovo; New cities between Bratsk and Krasnoyarsk, as well as in the Kansk and Lesosibirsk areas; Innopolis; Crimea; High-tech cluster Baraba; Novosibirsk region
