On March 19鈥�20, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the ERA military innovation technopolis held the second All-Russian scientific-practical conference "The State and Prospects of the Development of Science in the Field of Information Security". Alexander Kutsenko, from Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok, took part in the conference.
According to Vladimir Ivanovsky, the head of the ERA military innovation technopolis, actual cyber warfare is unfolding in the modern information space, which can lead to catastrophic consequences on a large scale.
