The workshop chaired by I.A. Taimanov, S.I. Kabanikhin, A.E. Mironov and M.A. Shishlenin was attended by two academicians of RAS, five corresponding members of RAS, three professors of RAS, 21 doctors of sciences and 16 candidates of sciences and Ph.D.

Among the 76 participants of the seminar were representatives from Russia (Novosibirsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Tomsk, Yoshkar-Ola), Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan, Alma-Ata), Kyrgyzstan, China, and the USA.
