On May 13, 2021, a participant in the research project "Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems" of the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok, doctor of physics and mathematics, professor Alexander I. Kozhanov made a report "Degeneration in differential equations with partial derivatives" at the Regional Scientific and Educational Mathematical Center at Tomsk. He presented results on the solvability of boundary value problems for various classes of linear differential equations with degeneration, their applications and generalizations.
