From October 10 to 15, the Adygea State University (Maykop, Republic of Adygea) is hosting the
Third Conference of Russian Mathematical Centers - a large-scale scientific event that brought together mathematicians from all over the country. The conference is designed to promote the formation and strengthening of horizontal scientific ties between
regional mathematical centers, world-class centers, universities and scientific organizations in Russia.
As part of the conference, was held. The main goal of the event is to discuss the prospects for using the developments of world-class international mathematical centers and regional scientific and educational mathematical centers in the tasks of digitalization of various spheres of science and society. The round table was attended by representatives of universities, research institutes, as well as IT companies specializing in the development of digital products for science and education. The organizer of the round table was the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok.
“Right now at the NSU MMF we are working on a large-scale project to digitalize the faculty’s activities in all areas from science and education to work with industrial partners. Holding such round tables allows us to build cooperation with other players who are working towards the digitalization of science and education. So we launched a discussion with the developers of Colab.ws - one of the largest platforms in Russia for communication and collaboration between students, scientists, laboratories and R&D departments of industrial companies,” said Timur Rinatovich Nasybullov, deputy director of the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok
