Symposium "Bacteriophages. Microbiota management"
It is known that an intestinal microflora plays the key role in preservation of health of the individual. Often the intestinal microbiota is supposed to be a hidden metabolic "organ", which has a huge influence on physiological processes, metabolism of the macroorganism and the immune system. In the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract the bacteriophages are used, the study of them is carried out worldwide. During symposium "The Bacteriophages. Microbiota management" scientists from different cities of Russia and the world will discuss the ways of maintaining human health, the usage of bacteriophages as antimicrobials.

The symposium will be held on July 1-2, 2019 in the Technopark of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok. It will be attended by leading scientists and young employees of world and Russian well-known institutions.

Registration Opens for NSU Summer Linguistic School
The Foreign Languages Division of the Humanities Institute conducts the NSU Linguistic Summer School. The program is a ten-day school for young people grades 8-11 that are interested in foreign languages who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the countries and cultures of the languages they study.
