The results of monitoring of quality of budgetary admittance to Russian State universities in 2013, conducted by the Higher School of Economics and RIA News, were summarized.
471 state universities took part in the monitoring. This year 10 top universities have been selected according to the area of NSU activity. NSU has become the third university among classical ones according to the mean grade of the USE yielding only to Moscow State University and Saint Petersburg State University. The mean grade of the applicants, accepted as students to NSU this year, per one subject is 82.2. In comparison with the previous year the mean grade of the USE has grown 5.4 points.
It should be added that this year the total mean grade of the applicants to NSU has also grown: the mean sum of the points for 3 exams is almost 249, being 234 last year.
It should be noted that NSU is among the three Russian classical universities leading in the mean grade of the applicants accepted as students.
