The meeting was also attended by the NSU President Mikhail P. Fedoruk, the deputy minister 鈥� a secretary of Novosibirsk regional commission of the Presidential program Marina I. Ananich, and the head of the Presidential Program Alumni Association of the Novosibirsk region Sergey V. Chesnokov.
The head of the Presidential Program at NSU Vera D. Markova summarized the results of the program. More than 500 people have taken the program over 15 years. Among them there are employees of institutions and research institutes of SB RAS, representatives of regional scientific managements and large enterprises. The program is very popular due to its comprehensive approach and methods of training. Thus, the English language teachers I. A. Suhinia and E. A. Tapilina spoke about 鈥渄eep dive鈥� techniques which are used in studies of foreign languages.
At the end of the meeting the graduates spoke about the results of their education and their completed projects. Among them were V. V. Vladimirova, the director of the innovative company 鈥淏uilding Technologies of the Future鈥�, S. V. Lavryushev, the deputy director for the administration of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, D. A. Popov the founder of the 鈥淟ight of Siberia鈥� company and A. V. Yudin, the director of the 鈥淢edikraft鈥� firm. The listeners of 15th group of program also spoke.
Note: The Center of Additional Education at NSU has been a stage for the realization of the Presidential program of personnel management training for national economic enterprises of the Russian Federation since 2005. Professors of the departments of Economics, Psychology and Foreign Languages, as well as entrepreneurs and alumni of the program, participate in its realization. The program is based on using real situations from the experiences of Russian and international businesses, training and project specifications.
The realized projects of alumni include organization of lighting production, the development of a medication for specific immunotherapy of animal cancer, the production of the 鈥淓st鈥檡e鈥� confectionery and the creation of the 鈥淪erdolik鈥� medical center etc.
