The main NSU building has seen a great unusual camp devoted to science, Archimedes Gorodok. Research laboratories of the University and numerous research institutes located nearby presented their research areas and prospects in a vivid and interactive way. Not only could inquisitive visitors watch some experiments in chemistry and physics live, they could also participate and try to do something by themselves.
The Archimedes Gorodok was organized as a part of the first scientific festival held in Novosibirsk, EUREKA!FEST. The event could be visited on 15-18 May, 2014.
