The members of the association adopted a number of amendments to the charter. According to one of them, the Council is to vote for the next President after a one-year term. After receiving 100% unanimous backing Vladimir Shiltsev was approved to hold the position. However, during the year to come Vladimir Shiltsev is going to be the elected president and will work in collaboration with the acting leader Eugene Pechkovsky, the Chairman and co-owner at Invitro-Siberia LLC.

The introducers of the new position believe it will facilitate smooth and effective cooperation as well as ensure consistency of operations.

According to one of the members of the association, the director of Scientific Future Management Andrei Bekarev, the idea was to provide consistency, which is especially important at initial stages, so that the integrative attitude towards the association would be appropriate.
